Refund policy

At WebMalwa, your satisfaction is our priority. We build custom websites and Shopify store solutions tailored to your needs. Due to the nature of digital and service-based offerings, our return and refund policy reflects how we deliver and manage projects.

Cancellation & Refund Window

We offer a 30-day resolution period from the date of project delivery to request adjustments or raise concerns regarding the final output. However, since our services are customized and involve time-bound resources, refunds are only granted under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed upon in the project scope.

  • You have made an official written request to cancel the project within 24 hours of payment (before work begins).

  • The project has not already been significantly progressed or completed.

  • You have submitted all required information for the project in a timely manner.

If a refund is approved, it will be credited via your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Services

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Fully or partially completed website/store setups

  • Custom work already delivered

  • Delays caused by client-side issues (incomplete requirements, lack of communication)

  • Domain name, hosting, or premium plugin purchases (since these are third-party costs)

  • Services purchased at discounted rates or during promotional offers

  • Graphic designs, consultation sessions, or strategy reports, once delivered

Revisions & Support

If you are unsatisfied with the final result, we offer up to 2 free revisions within 14 days of delivery. After that, changes may be charged additionally depending on the scope.

Digital Product Return Policy

Since our offerings are non-tangible digital products, returns in the traditional sense are not possible. However, we ensure:

  • Transparent communication before starting

  • Approval checkpoints during development

  • Final delivery with review scope included

How to Request a Refund or Raise an Issue

  2. Provide order number, project brief, and a description of the issue

  3. Our support team will evaluate and respond within 48–72 hours

  4. If eligible, the refund will be processed within 10 business days

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you'd like to upgrade or change your package, we can offer custom quotes or adjustments to accommodate your new needs.
